Definitions

• Ovivion means the mobile application and related support surfaces.
• Notebook means the main community feed where Creator Entries are discovered, followed, liked, commented on, reported, muted, or revisited.
• Creator Entry means a photo entry, clip entry, caption, note, comment, or related media posted through Ovivion.
• Creator Profile means the profile page, username, biography, follow state, and post history linked to an account.
• Credits means the in-app balance used for eligible recharge and promotion actions.
• Spotlight Pass means a credit-based promotion option used to give a Creator Entry extra placement in the Notebook.

Acceptance of Terms

When you create an account, sign in, recharge Credits, publish a Creator Entry, or otherwise use Ovivion, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use Ovivion only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, or content review tools. You may not use Ovivion to impersonate another person, distribute spam, harass others, upload infringing material, evade moderation controls, manipulate promotion flows, or publish content that violates applicable law.

We may suspend features, limit distribution, or remove content when necessary to protect the service, enforce policy, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

User Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your Creator Profile details and for activities that occur through your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account is being accessed without authorization.

User Content and Community

You keep ownership of the Creator Entries you submit, but you grant Ovivion a limited license to host, display, format, transmit, and moderate that content so the Notebook, profiles, likes, comments, follow state, and reporting tools can function. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal, safety, or enforcement reasons.

You may not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or dangerous. You also may not use Ovivion to coordinate harassment, targeted abuse, or repeated spam.

Users can report entries and mute creators through in-app controls. Ovivion may review those records, remove content, block distribution, or restrict accounts when policy or law requires it. Ovivion may preserve limited moderation records when needed to investigate repeat abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce account restrictions.

In-App Purchases and Credits

Credits are digital service units used for eligible Ovivion promotion features such as Spotlight Passes. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used only inside Ovivion where a specific feature allows them.

Except where required by law, Credits and Spotlight-related purchases are non-refundable after delivery. Platform billing providers handle purchase processing, and refund requests for platform transactions must be directed through the applicable platform support flow, including reportaproblem.apple.com when Apple billing applies.

Unused Credits may expire 12 months after the most recent qualifying recharge or as otherwise disclosed in the product flow at the time of purchase. Ovivion may correct balances affected by fraud, abuse, or processing errors.

Intellectual Property

Ovivion, its visual identity, service layout, and related software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative commercial services from Ovivion except where law expressly allows it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Ovivion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted promotion placement, or error-free media delivery. Community content is posted by users and may not always reflect our views.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovivion and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, lost profits, or reputation harm arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the amount you paid to Ovivion in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of Ovivion for maintenance, legal needs, security, product changes, or infrastructure updates. We will try to restore service when reasonable, but some interruptions are outside our control.

Amendments

We may update these terms when the product, law, or service model changes. For material changes, we will provide notice through an in-app notification at least 14 days before the updated terms take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or security risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of Ovivion, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
